Two faces, one job each
Geologica is the display face: wide, round-shouldered and set medium. It carries every headline, tile title and number. Golos Text sets everything people read — body copy, captions, labels and interface text.
Both are open-source and free to use in print, on screen and in apps, so no team ever waits on a licence.

Geologica is a variable font. Weight sets the volume, sharpness adds a racing edge to the terminals, slant leans a headline forward. Drag each one to see the range we work in.
Headlines
How to set a headline
- Sentence case. Never all caps above 20 px.
- Align left. Centre only for a single short line on a poster.
- Keep headlines under eight words; cut before you shrink.
- Punctuation is optional. A full stop makes it an instruction.
- Track tighter as you go bigger: −2% at 28 px, −3% at 64 px and up.

Reading text
Golos Text at 17 px with 1.6 leading, in lines of 60 to 70 characters. Body copy never goes below 14 px on screen or 8 pt in print; when copy doesn’t fit, cut the copy.
